Kailua Trading Co. ("Kailua Trading," "we," "us," or "our") operates kailuatrading.com and related online services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. WHO WE ARE
Kailua Trading Co. is a trade name (DBA) of Supply & Demand Enterprise LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company. Supply & Demand Enterprise LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the Services. For privacy questions, to exercise your rights under applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, and similar state laws), or to submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at support@kailuatrading.com.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of personal information:
(a) Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order details, account credentials, customer service messages, product reviews, and marketing preferences.
(b) Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors (including Shopify Payments and, where applicable, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
(c) Information collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on site, clickstream data, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.
(d) Information from third parties: data from analytics providers, advertising partners, social media platforms, fraud-prevention services, and shipping carriers.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to: process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; manage accounts; communicate about orders, shipping, returns, and account activity; send marketing communications (with consent where required); personalize the shopping experience; operate, secure, and improve the Services; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, personalization, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie banner / "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information with: (a) service providers that operate our store and infrastructure (e.g., Shopify, hosting, email, SMS, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, customer support, and reviews); (b) shipping carriers to deliver your orders; (c) payment processors to complete transactions; (d) professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance); (e) authorities or third parties when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights, safety, or property; and (f) acquirers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" limited identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law; you can opt out as described in Section 8.

6. EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING
If you opt in, we may send marketing emails and/or text messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can unsubscribe from email by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP. Transactional messages (order updates, shipping notifications) are not marketing.

7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: know what personal information we hold; access or receive a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information; opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. EU/UK/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 9. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE / GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions whose laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
