Sweet, savory shoyu chicken — the Hawaiʻi plate-lunch staple, made simple. Tender thighs braised in that classic shoyu, sugar, ginger, and garlic glaze. Spoon it over hot rice and mac salad and you're home.
How to use: in a large pot, whisk entire bag into 3-1/2 cups water. Add 6 chicken thighs, skin side up. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes uncovered, then reduce heat and simmer 45-50 minutes until liquid reduces to a glaze. Turn chicken every 10-15 minutes. Full instructions on package.
